Everyone has to use BT equipment, but this is BT Ignite equipment, not
BT Openwoe equipment. Ignite are the wholesale company providing ADSL
connectivity to the ISPs.

That's not worst case. Worst case is when the engineer disconnects your
old setup, installs your new one and it fails the line test. Bye bye ADSL :(

This really needs to be sorted, before the first ADSL subscriptions come
up for renewal.
